Philmore Trowers is a qualified Electrical Engineer and graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His career spans technical roles at both a mobile network operator and within a regulatory authority, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the sector from both operational and compliance perspectives.

He is a Category 2 Registered Electrician and a Class 2 Licensed Electrical Inspector certified by the Government Electrical Regulator (GER). Philmore holds international certifications in Radio Frequency Interference Mitigation (RFID) from the Electronics Technicians Association (ETA) and in Interference Analysis from Anritsu.

A proven expert in interference resolution, Philmore has successfully investigated and resolved over 200 cases of radio frequency interference, contributing to improved signal quality and regulatory enforcement across Jamaica.
