Mr Audley Wynter is the Manager, Enterprise Risk Management at the Spectrum Management Authority located in Jamaica. Mr. Wynter has over 15 years of experience as a qualified risk management and business continuity planning practitioner, having worked in the US Army, the financial sector overseas, and the financial regulatory body in Jamaica.

The Enterprise Risk Management Unit (ERMU) supports the Managing Director and by extension the Board of Directors in the development and implementation of the Spectrum Management Authority’s risk management strategies and objectives, which is tailored to support the Authority’s business model and activities in fulfilling its mandate. To manage risks to the organization’s corporate/business plans, the unit works with risk owners to actively engage in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, procedures, and systems across the organization.

Mr. Wynter possesses a Master of Public Administration in Emergency and Disaster Management from Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY) with concentration on risk management and business continuity management; additionally he possess a Master of Science  with Distinction in Organization Management from Mercy University, Dobbs Ferry, New York with concentration on Strategic Planning, Organizational leadership and Budgeting; he also has a Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude in Business Management from Mercy University, Dobbs Ferry, New York.
