Delroy Thompson

Mr. Delroy Thompson is an Electronics Engineering Technician, with over 44 years of experience in television and general electronics, which includes but is not limited to communications, televsion production, events technical direction and designing of live streaming audio visual systems. Mr. Thompson was the Technical Director for Reggae Month 2019 (Gospel Concert, Dennis Brown Concert & Gold Awards), Jamaica Independence GALA Celebrations from 2012 to 2018. He has also headed the live streaming and videography of Camperdown’s Classic Track Meet, In-Sports Primary School and Athletics Championship, Jamaica Senior Cup Cricket Finals in 2016 and 2017, the Pan American Federation CAC Hockey Finals, Boys and Girls Champs in 2013 and the Research and Development for Stream VU in North Carolina, USA. Mr. Thompson has been serving on the SMA’s Board since April 2016.
Jaye launched his career in politics with stints in advance, labor organizing and political journalism. He began work as an account executive and then Senior Vice
President and Creative Director at Clinton Reilly Campaigns, at the time the nation’s largest political consulting firm. In 1990, he founded his own firm, Terris and Jaye, which grew into one of the nation’s largest political consulting firms. In 2001, he founded Storefront Political Media to provide political client.
Every one of his works is covered with a mantle of sacredness, through which he demonstrates the importance of architecture as a means of expression of human memory.
