Kwan Wilson, Director of Spectrum Engineering at the Spectrum Management Authority (SMA), is a distinguished leader in the field of spectrum management and telecommunications. With a strong foundation in electrical and computer engineering, Kwan has played a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of Jamaica’s radio frequency spectrum.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from UWI St. Augustine. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has positioned him as a key driver of innovation within the SMA.
